FAQ

To order your purchase:-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “View Cart” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. On the checkout page, if you have coupon code, then you can enter the coupon code.
  4. After that, you need to fill in billing details and the shipping fees will automatically be calculated.
  5. Next, you need to click to “BOLD.Pay” OR “Pace” OR “Installment Plan with Public Bank” to proceed the payment.
  6. You will redirect to billplz page and need to tick on your prefered bank for online banking transaction.
  7. After that, you will redirect to the bank account login.
  8. After payment has been made, the order has been complete

  • Online Banking via BOLD.Pay
  • Installment Plan with Public Bank
  • Pace

Note: Your purchased products will not proceed until we have this confirmation.

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Details” → Edit your account information
  • Click on “Address”  → to edit shipping address here
  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
  • Orders that are made with payment are not cancellable.
  • All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia – MYR
  • Delivery usually will take about 2 to 3 working days, not including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
