All fragile items are packed using protective materials and reinforced cartons to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

How long does delivery take within Malaysia?
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, subject to stock availability and courier conditions. If your order is urgent, please chat with us before or immediately after placing your order and we will try our best to assist where possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Customers are advised to enquire with us first regarding shipping availability, fees, and estimated delivery times for their country.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
We place a sticker on the outer carton requesting customers to record an unboxing video. If there is any damage or missing item, please provide a clear unboxing video and photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review and assist accordingly.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Many of our items are hand-made and natural variations or minor imperfections are considered normal characteristics of craftsmanship. Claims are reviewed based on photos or videos provided.
What is a pre-order item?
Pre-order items are not immediately available and will be shipped once stock arrives. Estimated arrival timelines are provided on the product page and are subject to change.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders may not be cancellable once confirmed, especially for limited or incoming stock.

Can I personalise items or add a logo?
