FAQs
To order your purchase:
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “View Cart” to proceed your payment for the products.
- On the checkout page, if you have coupon code, then you can enter the coupon code.
- After that, you need to fill in billing details and the shipping fees will automatically be calculated.
- Next, you need to click to “BOLD.Pay” OR “Pace” OR “Installment Plan with Public Bank” to proceed the payment.
- You will redirect to billplz page and need to tick on your prefered bank for online banking transaction.
- After that, you will redirect to the bank account login.
- After payment has been made, the order has been complete

- Online Banking via BOLD.Pay
- Installment Plan with Public Bank
- Pace
Note: Your purchased products will not proceed until we have this confirmation.
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Details” → Edit your account information
- Click on “Address” → to edit shipping address here
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
- Orders that are made with payment are not cancellable.
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia – MYR
Delivery usually will take about 2 to 3 working days, not including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
